This is my original review soon after we bought them. And below will be my current review after a few months of use... My husband got these for work. He works outdoors in extremely cold temperatures (North Dakota winters) and in all weather. Although the boots are a little heavy, once you adjust to the weight, he says they are the warmest, most comfortable boots he's ever worn. My husband has complained about every boot he's had for years, no matter how expensive or high quality they are, they always end up being uncomfortable. These, he loves them.Current review: these boots are a huge disappointment. They were warm and comfortable until they started falling apart. After only 6 weeks of actual wearing, the rubber on the outside began to weaken and became actually pliable. Then there was a hole. My husband is working in frigid temperatures of as cold as -30 F and it's wet. He can't have holes in the toe of his boots. He's had cheap boots hold up longer than that. What a huge waste of money! Over $200 for boots that lasted through 6 weeks?! Perhaps it is the hard work he put them through working on an oil rig, but ummm the boots are called "DRILLER WORK BOOTS" which certainly gives the impression they were designed for this kind of work.
