Bought these for my son and they fit him well and keep his feet warm, good boot for the money.

My son, only 8 years of age, wears a size 7 men's shoe. This year it has been nearly impossible to find him a boot that fits. Youth boots size 7 are too small, and men's size 7 or 8 too large. Additionally, buying men's shoes and boots for children is an extreme expense. Bought size 8 men's in these Kamiks and they should serve him well through this winter. We live in a very cold winter environment, and these boots appear to be ultra warm with a very nice thick inner lining. They are rated to -40 degrees and we will most likely have to opportunity to test that temp or close to it!These will be used for play, sledding and ice fishing. I hope to update my review based on those activities as the winter progresses. My only concern is the the top does not pull in to draw close to the leg (probably becuse they are intended for a much bigger leg?!!). I'm hoping this will not mean that snow gets into the top of the boot. We shall see!

These are warm enough in the snow if you keep moving. When I stop for too long or stand, my feet get cold. Actually work better without socks. Anxious to see how they work with the mud that will be coming as this snow melts!
