Received an email three days after ordering saying the product had just shipped (I picked Super Saver), the USPS mailman knocked on my door an hour later with the boots! Pleasantly confused, thank you Hugo's.Out of the box they fit a bit tight across the arch, so I left the box sitting in case they had to go back. Walked around while they stretched out and two hours later they fit perfectly. No plastic tags or doodads, EVERYTHING not 'boot' was recyclable.My first The North Face purchase ever, I expected top quality construction and was impressed. Not a stitch or loose thread out of place. Great support after 10 hours wearing, worn every day for a week (February), soft and comfortable inside and they look great. Received numerous compliments already.These boots are WARM, very pleased. Considering buying another pair for when these wear out . . .
