I know alittle bit about footwear,i am a letter carrier for the post office.I walk an average of 7 miles per day.These are the best shoes/boots that i have ever put on my feet.There is no breakin period,Once you put on these babies you will never want to take them off.They are really warm and cozy.As soon as i slipped them on i was in heaven.I live in NYC and i cant wait till the mercury drops.If you work outside in the cold,these are a must.Your feet will literally thank you.Im looking forward to waiting for the bus tomorrow.I have carried mail for 23yrs and these are the only shoes i will ever wear again!!!!!!

Got around to using these on a sleety day last week and they were warm and comfortable. They are a bit bulky which is a testament to their use as snow boots, but they are fine if you're going out in lighter conditions, even around the city for a couple hours.
