I purchased one size larger with the anticipation I would need the boot to be larger for thick socks; don't make my mistake, these are true to size with ample room for thick socks. Customer service was very accommodating with great communication via e-mail. The company accepted back my return in spite of my not having the original box or tags; it was just important to them the boots had not been worn. As for the boots, they are sharp looking, tall, very warm, comfortable, and have a steel toe. No need to spend more dollars; I cannot imagine these will not handle whatever you may utilize them for.
