I live in Seattle so a mid warmth rain boot is a must. This boot fits the bill. It has a squishy feel but is very comfortable. This is not a heavy duty work boot, if you are looking for that or a hiking boot this is not the product for you. If you want a moderately insulated, good rain boot then this is great buy. It does run a little small I ordered 1 size above what I normally get and it fits great. Well sealed rubber boot bottom. Grey, heavy duty duck cloth fabric upper. Splashed through many puddles so far and no complaints

bought these to replace my years old timberland 650's. these boots came fast and they keep my feet warmer and dryer in the chicago snow.

The Sorel Cheyanne is soooooo comfortable, and I mean very very comfortable. This is a lightweight boot that I use on light to moderate snowy cold days. I have worked on my feet for up to 10 hours straight in these boots and I have no complaints. If you are going to be in deep snow for extended periods, I might recommend a heavier boot rated for more than -25 degrees, but for every day moderate use, these are king to me. I bought a pair of gaiters to go with these and have been in 3-5 inch snow for over four hours with no complaints. The material in these does attract dust and dirt, but I am going to clean and treat the leather and see how that goes. I will buy another pair of these for sure!
