The boot was ordered as a gift for my son. I accidentally ordered the wrong boot. I contacted Elite and received directions as how to return the wrong boots and reorder the correct ones. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Received the correct boots and son is very pleased with them. They fit properly, feel good and appear to be a great quality. We would use Elite again and Wolverine boots.

The only issue I have had is that the factory insole is pretty hard, and not supportive. However, if you uy a $10 pair of cushioned insoles, these boots are great. This is common with every pair of Wolverine I have owned. Very durable, and waterproof as advertised. They haven't been in service long, but so far so good!
