I love these boots and the quick way i received it from Amazon but i noticed that after a few times of wearing it, part of the seams start to get undone. A little disappointed with the quality of the item, especially coming from Clarks. I was gonna purchase another one for my wife but decided not to.

I purchased these boots at the end of December and wore them 3-4 times and the zipper failed on the right boot. Since it was past 30 days since the purchase, Amazon refused any assistance (poor). I then contacted the customer service at Clarks they replaced the boots in two days no hassle, I didn't have to send the original boots back, they just took my word. Excellent customer service. Lesson learned don't look to Amazon for any help on any items that you do not plan to use at once.

12 small, 13 to big, so I`ve install thick insole. My legs is narrow, so fit not good for me. Good quality.
